Results

Results represent the outcome of safety checks and indicate the current safety status of an item.

NOTE: The terminology displayed here can be updated for these three statuses from within the Account Details page under the Details tab

When the terminolgy is updated, the phrasing you would like to see within the company will be updated in place of the Safe, Unsafe, and Alert defaults

For example, you may like to see Unfit For Purpose in place of Unsafe

Item and Check Results

A check can result in one of three statuses:

  • Safe
  • Unsafe
  • Alert

An Alert means the item isn’t strictly unsafe, but something about it requires attention.

Items generally have one of these statuses

However, there are additional possibilities:

  • If a checklist is overdue, the item status becomes Selfcheck Due or Certified Check Due, depending on whether Certification is required.
  • If an item has never been checked, its status shows as Not Yet Checked.
  • If an item does not require checks, it will display No Checks Required, which is considered safe.
