Reports

🖥️ Accessing on Desktop

  • Select the Reports menu item.

📱 Accessing on Mobile

  • Tap the drop-down menu at the top right (three horizontal lines)
  • Select Reports near the bottom of the drop down.

Creating a Report

To generate a new report, select Run a Report from the upper right of the screen. You will then need to choose a report type from the available options:

  • Items reports on your items. This is the most common type of report
  • Sign Out reports on items that are signed out
  • Geolocations reports on locations that your items have been scanned at
  • Checks reports on the checks that have been run on your items
  • Checks Detail is like checks but also provides the details of each check
  • Certification Checks Same as checks, but specifically for certification checklists
  • Certification Checks Detail Same as Checks Detail, but specifically for certification checklists

After selecting a report type, you will be able to apply filters and sorting preferences, opt for the report to be viewable company-wide, and assign a name to your report.
