Passport
Passport Overview
The Passport in EZICHEQ is your central user profile containing all key information linked to your account. It is accessible via the profile icon and provides four tabs:
1. Info
- Displays your email address, first name, last name, and phone number.
- Keeps your contact details up to date for alerts, communication, and identification within the system.
2. Alerts
- Manages your email alert preferences:
- Alerts for items assigned to you (mandatory).
- Optional alerts for unsafe items and lost/stolen items not assigned to you.
- Certification expiry alerts to remind you when your certifications need renewing.
- Note: If you are not receiving emails, contact support to check global unsubscription status.
3. Certifications
- Lists any certifications linked to your profile
- Shows their expiry dates and attached images if provided.
- Helps site managers verify your qualifications and ensures compliance.
4. Preferences
- Stores other user-specific settings and preferences (content varies based on implementation).
Use Case:
The Passport acts as a digital profile card within EZICHEQ. It ensures your personal details, alert settings, and certifications are visible and current, supporting safe and compliant operations.
