Using Checklists to Grant Certifications

Some checklists are designed so that completing them successfully will grant the user a certification.

These can be found in the Certification Checklists tab under Account > Certifications.

For example:

Creating Certification Checklists

🖥️ Desktop

  1. Choose Account > Certifications from the menu bar.
  2. Select the Certification Checklists tab

📱 Mobile

  1. Tap the drop-down menu at the top right (three horizontal lines).
  2. Select Certifications.
  3. Select the Certification Checklists tab

From the certifications tab:

  • Select 'Create New Checklist'
  • Enter the desired checklist name, and the certification that it will grant on successful completion. NOTE: you must have first created a custom certification
  • Click create, once youve done this you will be re-directed to the new certification checklists page

The Certification Checklist page is very similar to Checklists

In the Details tab you will notice:

  • Successful completion of this checklist is a prerequisite for obtaining the certifications:
  • Expiry

The Successful completion of this checklist is a prerequisite for obtaining the certifications: will show the certifications you entered on creation. This field can be updated at any time

The Expiry Field determines the length of time the user granted this certification can use this certification before having to recomplete this checklist
